Originally from Iowa and raised in Colorado, Colin joined Infinite Reach in October 2024 and relocated to Buffalo in October 2025. With a background in football and rugby, Colin brings a competitive spirit and team-first mentality to everything he does. He's passionate about developing his team and fostering healthy competition that brings out the best in everyone.
Kaeli Baron
Junior Director
Born and raised in the small town of Lockport, just outside of Buffalo, New York, Kaeli joined the industry in November 2025. She brings a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others, and a goal-driven mindset shaped by many of her life's hardships. She believes perseverance and compassion are essential to building something meaningful. Kaeli maintains an open-door policy and strives to create a supportive team environment where dedication and positivity go hand in hand.
Divine Allen
Corporate Trainer
Divine is a Corporate Trainer with a competitive mindset and a passion for developing others. He began his career in sales seeking an opportunity where effort and attitude truly mattered and quickly found success in a fast-paced environment representing Infinite Reach Marketing and our clients. After achieving strong early results, Divine advanced into a Corporate Trainer role, where he now mentors and develops new sales professionals entering the field. He focuses on building confidence, strengthening communication skills, and instilling the discipline required to succeed in a performance-driven environment. Divine leads by example, sets high standards, and is committed to developing the next generation of leaders who strive to grow both personally and professionally.
